Certified materials according to application

We select the right elastomer based on chemical compatibility, operating temperature and type of fluid. All our materials meet industrial specifications.

NBR (Nitrile/Buna-N)

-30 °C to 100 °C

Excellent resistance to mineral oils, gasoline and petroleum- based hydraulic fluids. The most widely used material in automotive and industrial hydraulic systems.

Ideal applications:

  • General machinery
  • Mineral oils
Limitation: Poor resistance to ozone and prolonged sun exposure.

EPDM

-45 °C to 145 °C

Excellent resistance to water, steam, acids and alkalis. Ideal for potable water systems, steam and aqueous chemical services.

Ideal applications:

  • Potable water (NSF)
  • Steam and hot water
  • Diluted acids
  • HVAC and water systems
Limitation: Poor resistance to oils and hydrocarbon solvents.
Food-grade

Silicone (VMQ)

-60 °C to 200 °C

FDA-approved for food contact. Exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures and maintains flexibility over a wide thermal range.

  • Electronics
Advantage: FDA certification and flexibility at extreme temperatures.
High resistance

Polyurethane (PU)

-35 °C to 100 °C

Excellent resistance to abrasion, tearing and impact. Superior mechanical strength for severe wear and high-pressure applications.

Ideal applications:

  • Dynamic seals
  • High-pressure hydraulics
  • Wear rings
  • Roller coating
Advantage: Superior wear resistance and extended service life.

PTFE (Teflon)

-200 °C to 260 °C

Near-universal chemical resistance. Very low coefficient of friction and excellent performance with virtually all industrial chemicals.

  • Corrosive chemicals
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Pharmaceutical industry
  • Multi-chemical processes
Advantage: Universal chemical resistance and low friction.

Contact and assessment

You get in touch with your requirement. We review your application, operating conditions (temperature, pressure, fluid) and specific needs. If you have a drawing or sample, even better. If not, we can visit your plant to evaluate on-site.

Technical selection

We determine the right material using chemical compatibility charts. We define exact dimensions, tolerances and elastomer hardness. Quotes clearly specify the material and its properties.

Manufacturing

We manufacture your seal with CNC precision. Standard lead times are 8 to 12 business days. For urgent cases, we can work in less than 72 hours. We manufacture from 1 piece up to high-volume production runs.

Delivery and support

We deliver your order on time and as specified. We offer post-installation follow-up to confirm performance and gather field feedback.
